Zentara 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

At GadgetsForDig, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Customized, personalized, or final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return:

  • Contact our support team at zentaraab@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide shipping instructions or labels if applicable.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect, error, or shipping issue caused by Zentara.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refund Options:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the refund status. You may choose between:

  • 100% refund in store credit to use on a future purchase

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once approved.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable Items:

Gift cards, downloadable products, and certain hygiene items cannot be returned.
