At GadgetsForDig, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Customized, personalized, or final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide shipping instructions or labels if applicable.
Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect, error, or shipping issue caused by Zentara.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Refund Options:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the refund status. You may choose between:

100% refund in store credit to use on a future purchase
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once approved.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Non-returnable Items:
Gift cards, downloadable products, and certain hygiene items cannot be returned.
